A star in Argentina, in less than a month Javier Brichetto has opened two restaurants in Madrid. El Perú Inkas sushi & grill in Atocha, 49, a space divided into two within a Hotel, and an Argentine steakhouse called Piantao in Paseo de la Chopera, 69.
