DIE QUALITÄT UNSERER SCHNITTE
 

Das Fleisch: junge Ochsen, die auf der Weide mitten in der Pampa-Ebene gefüttert werden und natürlich vom meisterhaften Umgang mit der Glut.

Junge Ochsen der Rasse Aberdeen Angus, die mitten in der Pampa in Freiheit aufgezogen wurden, ernährten sich von Gras. Sie sind Truppen, die von einem erfahrenen Rancher mit großer Erfahrung ausgewählt wurden.

Das Produkt kommt gekühlt auf dem Luftweg in Madrid an. Die Schnitte werden 40 Tage bei kontrollierter Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit gereift.

Unsere Exzellenz liegt in den Grilltechniken, die vom einzigartigen Stil unseres Feuermeisters Javier Brichetto entwickelt wurden, der drei Arten von Brennstoffen verwendet: Eichenholz, Weißeiche und argentinische Quebracho-Holzkohle, Utensilien aus Schmiedeeisen, um für jede Zutat zu dokumentieren.

Unsere Exzellenz liegt im offen gegrillten Fleisch, bei dem wir verschiedene Garmethoden anwenden: gegrillt mit dem schmiedeeisernen Ofen oder im Bratkasten, wo große Fleischstücke vorgeführt werden.

Jahre in seiner Heimat Argentinien. Leidenschaft fürs Kochen,
Ihm war immer klar, dass seine berufliche Zukunft neben ihm lag
der Öfen.
Nach mehr als 14 Jahren in Madrid wurde er mit anerkannt
unzählige Auszeichnungen, unter denen besonders hervorzuheben ist die
berühmte Fernsehprogramm Cocineros al Volante, in der
die sich mit anderen Stars aus der Welt des Kochens messen und
womit er der Sieger war.

I'm not sure what's better about Piantao - the food or the service.Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. It was clear they really respected each other as well. There was a mix up where we weren't given main course plates and silverware, and they were SO kind and... apologetic (even though we were enjoying the food so much that we didn't even notice, nor mind!). We even received a jar of their delicious chimichurri sauce after I raved about how good it was.As far as the food, the steak was cooked to perfection and very high quality. The eggplant side dish was so good that we didn't even get a photo before we demolished it. And the lemon dessert (I can't recall the name) was perfectly balanced.We'll definitely be visiting again next time we feel like splurging. 😉weiterlesen

Excellent food and service.We had the aged grilled provolone, the heart gizzard which was delicious, the lettuce heart and grilled avocado salad and the most tender steaks.Highly recommended!!

Good service, good bread, not a good value. Overpriced; meat dishes average price is 30 Euros and nothing special about them. House salad with mustard dressing had way too much mustard very acid and pricey 10.90 Euros for lettuce and tomatoes. We did not make it to dessert just wanted to get out of... there.weiterlesen

I ate so well, filled with joy. For some reason, I ate a lot but still, my stomach feels so comfortable. Means ingredients and meat were very fresh! Delicious barbequed meat and morcilla.. Wine was great too. Worth every euro ♥️Service was toppp too❤️

Nice place, very calm ambience, they serve a very good meat. A gorgeous woman with a nice uniform like working in a five star hotel is going to serve at your table. But the chicken in the menu says 1/2 grilled Chicken for - 23€ but i will tell you it's not half piece cut of chicken its only 1/4 of... the leg part of their chicken. For 3 dishes and drinks we paid for the total of 70€. A little bit expensive for a small portion of meat and a small servings of food but their meat and chicken was so tender and taste better compare to others. Maybe the kind of their meat is what that it makes their menu expensive. A must try but if you only got a minimum wage per month this is one of the Restaurants that is expensive. It's a nice try. Their bathroom are perfectly clean. Everything is perfect just be aware of their price.weiterlesen

Great place, staff and meat. It is not the most traditional argentinean place. They innovate quite a bit and that makes it much more interesting. The smoked butter was really surprising and the grill guy uses very special wood to grill the meat. Very tasty and will come back.

Wow! This is not a Argentinian restaurant, it is an amazing experience around Argentinian food. Everything starts with the homemade bread, continue with the empanadas (please don't miss the asado empanada), then the meat and ends with phenomenal deserts (with dulce de leche if possible). The... service is spectacular and make the visit an experience. Please don't miss the costillar, cooked for 5 hours, it is really delicious. Highly recommended!weiterlesen

Excellent food. Argentinian theme. Superior service. Gandalo did a great job of recommending food and drinks were amazing. The restaurant was clean and modern. We only scratched the surface of the menu and wish we had more time to explore all that Piantao had to offer.

Exquisite flavor, the steak and chorizo were the best of our dinner. The design of the restaurant is also on point. If I was to critique one thing is just the portions, they were a bit small for the price, nonetheless it was all worthy.

Good place in a less known area of Madrid. It's near Matadero (which is where meat used to be butchered and packed) so you expect exceptional food from an Argentinian meat restaurant.That wasn't the case however. It was good. Their appetizers were good classic Argentinian. The meat was good but... none of us were wowed. It's also not cheap so I guess we were expecting more.weiterlesen

First time here and the food was really good.I tried the Argentinian meat and it was incredible.It was a privilege to be one of the first people that tried the fish cooked in a cage. Very recommendThe selection of wine is good and the deserts are yummy.Very friendly workers 😉

Great unassuming place from the outside right by the Legazpi metro. It’s very nice inside with great attention to detail. Loved all the homemade breads with the smoked butter. Really good lamb sausage, steak and especially the sugar roasted sweet potatoes and corn tamale! Let us not forget the bomb... of a dessert the alfajor+dulce de leche helado. Amazing.weiterlesen

AMAZING PLACE !! From the start, all the proper safety measures, the greeting from the host was extremely warm. The amazing experience with the food started just with the bread, all were tasty and just perfect, and the smoked butter is the perfect compliment. Don’t get me started with the meat and... the chorizos they were spectacular and perfectly cooked. Like in every place a good meat doesn’t need a side dish. The dessert are also amazing, nothing bad to say about this place will definetly go back !!weiterlesen

Most of the food was very good, but it is definitely on the pricey side. The service leaves a lot to be desired, and you can especially see this in the recommendations by the waitress who was pushing us to over-order drastically, such as telling us to order one empanada per person when we were... getting a variety of starters to share, or telling us what we were ordering wasn't enough when it would have been plenty. I also feel that when you are paying €20 for a piece of meat it should come at least with some side or garnish and there is definitely room for improvement. Could do with more variety in the menu.weiterlesen
